ditto. i was invited to one and it looks just like the $400k one just not quite as good of a view (how often do you really spend looking out the window anyway) i promptly went outside to the for sale sign and traded in my $128k place that i got for free due to a glitch and purchased that one and got $65k off of it for the trade in. I had it for a few hrs including logging out a few times, so i know it saved, but then my whole character vanished, ugh.

I'm loving the one on Weazel Plaza, apartment 101 or something? Costs 335k but functions just like all the other 10 car apartments
