It is almost monday here, but i want to buy my 400 000 apartment before i have to go to school so i would like a night time session too, but to answer your question. Nobody knows.

It depends on the area everyone is getting theirs back it takes a matter of time. As long as you do not overwrite your old character then it would be gone for good.
