$400,000 Apartment Is Useless.

I bought 4 Integrity Way, apt 35, $285K I think (less than that with the trade-in for the old apt) the view is the one I wanted, lots of sky and the Vinewood sign in the distance. Bonus, the building sits on top of the entrance to the underground tunnel that's used in one mission in Story Mode...so it's like having an escape route and personal freeway. Bring on the bounties!

I got the 80 k one because has the best location , close to , clothing , drugstore, helipads , boats and in midway from top and bottom of city...

 

I am eventually thinking to buy another apartment with larger parking car lot thoug as 2 is few... The interiors are quite crap but well done , unfortunately no view.

 

I honestly wished they could put on sale some of the houses of the beach like the psicologist home or some villas with garden and pools...

 

The 400k the 391 the 200 all look the same and have 10 slot grage so seem suseless to me to buy , what chanes is just slightly the view?

 

 

What other nice view apartments are there that do not look like the interior of the 400k ?

 

I dont like it much as seems too big and dispersive , looks like a big apartment with not enough furniture to fill the vast space.

i bought the 286,000 apartment and it looks like the 400,000 one inside plus the view is better in the one i bought. I only use it for spawning, for getting away from the cops when im near it, and to run in when other players are chasing me and trying to kill me its not completely useless lol.

Does it have a planning board for heists?

 

I havnt seen it, but maybe there will be one once they add heists to the game

 

The planning board in the 286k apartment will be in the room to the left of the front door as soon as u walk in. You can tell because there is a big blueprint map posted on the wall with a big empty space right next to the map, rest of the room is well decorated.

You are right it is useless, only reason really to having an apartment is to sit down have a few bongs walk around the house and become costraphobic

U can watch other players on your t.v. in the apartment. What I do , or what I did before my sh*t was deleted , I put a bounty on someones head and watch them die on my t.v. safely in the apartment. Plus u can change clothes without going to store. But u right all u really need is a garage

Purchased helicopters and planes are obtained by calling the Pegasus contact in your phone. You pay them $1000 and they will leave the plane, boat , or heli in a spot on the map for you to pick up.

Richard's Majestic Apt 51 or Weazel Plaza building right next to it, I can't remember the Apt number though...

 

And I believe middle class apartments have no view

Apart from the planning board to be able to do heists, what's the point in buying the 400k apartment? It's just slighlty bigger and nicer but apart from that there is no point in buying it. It's not like you're going to spend ages in your apartment, I bought it and the only time I use it is when I spawn.

The 391k apartment is the best one because it has the best view.

To confirm, the room near the door with a huge white space on wall and some blueprints is considered a planning room for heists? I think I have a planning room in mine, because I see blueprints on the wall in a nice office room near the door. I bought the 217k one but the view was so bad that I had to buy the 390k one (best view). Seriously, get stoned (in the game and/or real life) and look at the view from the apartment, it's brilliant, especially at night.

I do enjoy it. Much more than I would enjoy a big empty apartment that has little to no character.

 

The midlevel one is just more home-ish, I just find it disappointing that the only way to have a planning board is to buy an apartment with the exact same interior as the one everyone else is going to have, and that interior or view isn't anything special.

 

I'm hoping Rockstar release new apartments/interiors in the future, perhaps then if I find a more expensive interior I like I'll make the move.

if you wanna collect and mod lots of cars you need all the garages, thats about the only thing its good for now but they might add more content later that makes it useful for something else.

yeah just be careful you buy the apartment off the internet, or you won't get that. i just had to trade the $205k up to the $391k on the web to get that to pop because i bought the $205k one in person the other day.
