$400,000 Apartment Is Useless.

Apart from the planning board to be able to do heists, what's the point in buying the 400k apartment? It's just slighlty bigger and nicer but apart from that there is no point in buying it. It's not like you're going to spend ages in your apartment, I bought it and the only time I use it is when I spawn.

The 400k is one of the worst apartments. The view isnt that good and it's the same as every other 200k apartment. Could've invested the extra ~150k into a car or weapons.

I swear to god, half the people I've played with who have mics have been tripping balls every time i play, invite these people and they start to lose their minds doing things in the apartments as if it's real life. I've never laughed so hard at a game in my life when this happend.

if you wanna collect and mod lots of cars you need all the garages, thats about the only thing its good for now but they might add more content later that makes it useful for something else.

i bought the 286,000 apartment and it looks like the 400,000 one inside plus the view is better in the one i bought. I only use it for spawning, for getting away from the cops when im near it, and to run in when other players are chasing me and trying to kill me its not completely useless lol.

U can watch other players on your t.v. in the apartment. What I do , or what I did before my sh*t was deleted , I put a bounty on someones head and watch them die on my t.v. safely in the apartment. Plus u can change clothes without going to store. But u right all u really need is a garage

i loved the garage and the location was petty decent. i will buy that one again if i have to start over. but i'm not starting over till R^ confirms their POS cloud won't delete my player again.

Can't you plan heists in the other apartments in the "eclipse towers" or what its called?

is it literally the exact same? Because I've seen the 400k apartment in a video and I have to say, I was impressed, I see myself spending a decent amount of time there just chilling and admiring my cars. My main goal at the moment is to purchase one but I'm only at the 100k mark.

The 391k apartment is the best one because it has the best view.
