Online problem

Hello

I have a problem with playing online everytime i try to enter a online mission or race my game kicks me from online and goes back to story mode or it will restart completely and then say the disk is unreadable. I brought my frist copy back to the store because it didnt work at all. can someone please help me. Thankyou
