Rockstar sucks so hard, character deleted again

I have never lost a character and gta online is flawless for me. Stop ragequitting and quit the correct way. Gta online is freaking awesome!!! I love you, R*!!! Absolutely fantastic!!

Why do people keep makng new ones? They complain when they lose hard work for the 5th time. Are people that impatient that they can't wait until it's all fixed that they have to make a new one every day then rant every time? I understand the first character but beyond that, just wait patiently.

 

Agreed, I played for around an hour after completing SP, maybe only got to like rank 7.

Lost my character the next time i went to play online, so I'll just wait until its cleared up then try again.

yes and yet they keep making new characters, and keep complaining. im holding off on playing till alot of these major issues get fixed.

A message in the loading screen recomends going back to story mode and back to online instead of recreating your character. Likely your character has somehow been lost in the cloud and isn't reconnecting properly. by creating a new character, you are confusing the computer in charge making these connections causing you to likely lose another character.

This is what i assume is occuring, Im not panicked when my character does not show in the wheel now. I simply load up online via the pause menu. If i can't connect to my profile i realise the cloud is most likely down and try again later.
