Unlocking Ron's jobs online

Ok so I got the phone call from ron to meet trevor which I did however it didn't seem to save since he rang me again (in a later session) however I accidentally hung up and I'm pretty sure I needed that phone call to meet trevor for the 2nd time to unlock ron's jobs.

 

So basically how do I unlock Ron's jobs?

If he's in your contact list on the phone you can call him up and request a job.
