Stuck in an infinite loop (account/character)

So I was wondering if anyone has seen this before or have the problem themselves.

 

Let me explain, basically my character is stuck at level 35, with 31$ in cash and like 19k in the bank. No matter what I do let it be suicide, dying, leveling up, or gaining money/buying weapons, none of it is saved when I go to the dashboard (I load SP first then dashboard)

 

This all started happening after I got the title update, literally nothing was wrong with my character before the title update, I ran into the tutorial bug on day 1 but I just waited a few hours and tried again and waited at the right screen and it worked for me. But now if I sell a car let's say and then get off the game and back on that money will be gone as if I've never made any progress (the time played for online stays the same to the second)

 

The strange part is that when I logged on I was missing a few levels and money, so it wasn't a big deal, I didn't lose my 400k house or anything like that although I lost clothes that I had on and masks. I leveled back up a few levels (to 41) and then I was looking at my social club and noticed my thing said I was still level 35 with 31$ in cash, but for some reason it shows the mask I have on and the suit (when I log in now into the infinite loop I'm in I have on different clothes than what is shown on social club) also bikes that I bought online that happened when I was level 41 are still in the garage wondering if anyone has any advice or has seen this problem before.

 

To avoid spam:

- No I've not started this character when the cloud server say they are offline

- When they are offline I either retry and if it doesn't work I just get off (even when I hit retry and it DOES connect I still have never lost progress from this)

- No I've not made any new chars I only have 1 character slot

- Yes I always go SP first then get off the game (I made sure to especially before I downloaded the update)

- My character has not been deleted

 

Any other questions feel free to ask, all advice/help welcome.

My only suggestion is to submit a support request. I'm what is happening to you is related to the character/property deletion issues.

 

Your well crafted description could help them narrow down the issue.

 

On the other hand you'll probably just a get a scripted response to a question you didn't ask, but if the wind is blowing in the right direction a developer might get to see it.

Yeah I did but naturally automated response, funny I actually wrote out what response they would give me word for word in my first part of the ticket, and naturally they gave me that response.

 

But, this issue was resolved (no thanks to R*) I just now quick save as much as possible in SP after switching from MP (which I did before) but I still have no idea what happened, but it's over now I guess and my social club stats seem to be updating accordingly as well and got back to level 41 and got my money back.

 

Hope I don't lose anything for 0 reason again lol.
