{PIITB} Shinra
Is the most expensive always the best? I had an Obey 9F convertible N/A with the stage 2 upgrades on suspension and engine. When i progressed in the game i wen to Trevor's garage and took it to LSC. After I put the max stage suspension and motor plus turbo it seemed slower. Is it possible each car has its own characteristics, and adding to it only diminishes the overall properties of the vehicle (ie turbo lag)
ZombCreations
Its your imagination.
{PIITB} Shinra
That was a well thought out and well debated point, though I fail to see how you made any contribution... I think that its obv everyone would stage 4 engine and turbo a dump truck for max effiency. I was just trying to see if they wrote the code to f*ck over MCLA players who think more power means a better car, though that isnt always the case
TenEightyOne
Improved suspension is really horrible on some cars... just take it around the block and see how it feels.

{PIITB} Shinra
Lets just say the dominator is optimized at a stage 2 motor, stage 3 tranny, and no turbo. If you add more than that it will ruin the cars optimal handling/ acceleration. Or is it just the more expensive the part the better your car will be...for every car? smokey__
well they all have the same upgrades as single player, so buy them and try them all out, you must have enough money after beating the campaign/stock market, I have over 200 million on each player. {PIITB} Shinra
Offline, yes. Now that we are online, the handling is different and cars are more expensive to upgrade. Since the patch and online/ offline cars feel different. do upgrades effect them in different ways? Like if i Put a stage 3 Roush exhaust system on a mustang, it would be different from a Mazdatrix Stage 3 exhaust to an Rx7... or is a stage 3 a stage 3? Im not sure if its the way i am asking.... ok....If I have a car, and i want it to be the best it can be....is the most expensive necessarily the best? or can a lower tier motor with an upper tier trans make a car better? Im trying to figure out if money=performance or if a knowledge of cars matters
