HottBoyy Posted October 5, 2013 Share Posted October 5, 2013 Does anybody out there know that when you buy a vehicle from the internet, will you ALWAYS have that vehicle throughout the remainder of the game? Cars get delivered to your garage, but you can lose cars stored in the garage when you bring it out and (almost) simply look away from it. I'd hate to spend a couple hundred bands and my car just "disappears." Fill me in, GTA Fans; I'm look'n @ something real fancy!!! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Sometimes, if you're lucky, the car will get towed to the Impound Lot. So, when it inevitably vanishes, check there first. But the odds aren't in your favour, so every time you - A - switch characters, B - start a mission, or C - get wasted, expect to never see the vehicle you were driving again. Unless it was your crappy "personal" vehicle that Rockstar so helpfuly decided to saddle you with the rest of the game. Oh, goodie, Hour Thirty and I'm still driving a Bagger. Who cares if my fully tricked out Infernus vanished into thin air, I can get my slow-as-sh*t Bagger back next time I reload! Rockstar really needs to give us the option to change the personal car for each character so you can link your favorite car to that character so it won't be lost. For now you just have to be careful and keep your valuable cars in your 4-car garage where they're safe. What I do is keep my rare, favorite cars in the 4-car garage and keep a tuned sports car of some kind in my safe house garage to grab when I want to mess around, usually something like the Elegy because we can get them for free if you are on Social Club.
