I believe you can. There are helicopters etc to buy. The rank so unlock is high. I'll be old and gray by the time I get to that level lol. I'm assuming when u buy a helicopter it will automatically provide you with one.

Alright thanks, maybe they will appear on Dynasty8 once you unlock the hardware access
