It seems like I can never join a mission or race without timing out...but I can host them without timing out. Its really strange. Any others have this issue? I guess things could be worse but it would be nice being able to straight up jump into a game

Yeah I can absolutely never find a quick job to play in and always end up hosting and waiting at least 10 minutes for one person to join. It is pretty frustrating when my friends aren't online.
