It's simple, legit, and all you have to do is get the mission "Violent Duct" from Gerald and keep replaying it. And yes, it works after-patch, just hit RT instead of A after you like/dislike/vote

 

Here's a video to show you the basics So far this seems to be the fastest way, unless somebody here knows of something faster?

Also they only patched the vote to replay thing, once you beat it if EVERYONE mashes R2 or whatever the XBOX uses, then it will restart
