Im level 15 and unable to join friends as i have 'Apparently' not done the tutorial?

 

Anyone else got this problem/error?

Welcome to the club of the woprst launch ever. Never thought I would see worse then Sim city...Well here we are.

i have the exact same problem. yesterday i played with friends. today: i haven't done the tutorial and i can't join them. my friend can't join me too, he gets the same message... so i wonder who of us hasn't done the tutorial ? we are lvl 8 and 10 .. this sucks ..
