Problems With Jobs?

Hello everyone i seem to be having a problem with jobs at the moment. Every time i call Gerald or Simeon or whoever and request a job they all say they have nothing.Then a friend invited me to a job and all it said was the jobs name with no description like it normaly has.Then i joined got to the lobby and then it just constantly said launching session.So i was just wondering if i'm the only one with this problem.

I'm having the same problem for the last 2 hours or so?

 

When I call contacts to request jobs, they say OK sending you info now, but they never call back.

 

Also, when I walk into mission circles, I get a cannot download error or something like that.

 

Anyone know whats going on?
