There's that one apartment for 223k that is literally the same place just a very slight change if that (I can't tell the difference) in furniture... Seems you pay about 200k more just for a better view... I really hope the other two in eclipse arn't all the same. That would be really lame and just lazy on rockstar's part. Yea if someone could get a tour of the other two in eclipse that are cheaper than the 400k and 390k that would be great. I'm hoping those look different.... Would suck if everyone had the exact same place. Also I'm assuming there's no way to sell an apartment? Youll know which interior youll get once you check the garage slots, 10 slots have the interior in the videos above, 6 got the smallest one and 2 got a small shady one.
