safe making new character?

hell no. my character disappeared about 45 mins ago, servers may or may not be down right now. it showed i had $180k and no character and now i have $0 and no character and before the crash i had a lvl 13 with a 10 car garage/apartment and $65k in cash and about 6 cars in the garage.
