Hitlers reign during world war 2 was hard work. It was also respectable. Does not mean it is respectable for the right reasons. Bottom line. Your comparison was retarded. End of Story. Wow do I really have to explain to you the difference between hard work that is good, and hard work that is bad? Obviously the 'hitler hard work, part isnt the same, because his hard work was for reasons other than to do a good thing. Jesus Christ. I guess when I made my comparison I saw it in a way that only intelligent people would know what my point was.
Geralt of Rivia
So many people are hating on Rockstar because of technical multiplayer issues. And tbh, I feel like I needed to let this out because every topic I read, there is always someone hating on them. Why are you so ungrateful? At least you have a GTA game to play. If youre not happy with how Rockstar do things then don't play the game... Instead of sitting there moaning and crying because you cant connect to the servers, why don't you take a minute to think about how much hard work and dedication went into the single player alone. £170,000,000 and 5years of work put into a game as, lets be honest, extraordinary as this. You can sit and cry all you want but you know full well that GTAV is better than any other game you've played. Theyre trying so hard to get things working again. Because youre not informed every hour of the day, doesn't mean 'Rockstar don't care about you' 'all they want is money'. Bullsh*t. When it comes to Rockstar all they care about is you, trying to make the game better for you. All this hard work to create an amazing game, for YOU! So my point is, don't be so f*cking ungrateful, and just be thankful that you have a game as well detailed, and put together as GTAV! Must be another Rockstar fanboy or just the causal gamer who never played games before this generation. Rockstar didn't even focus on Single Player as much as Multiplayer. Why should I sit there and say yea my $80 went to good use? They have way more sh*t online and even their online is broken. Once again I lose my rank. I was 18 and back down to 13. Before that I was 9 and went down to 1. Also please don't point out the 1 billion sales? Do you know how big GTA is and how much they cater to casual gamers? Why do you think GTA and COD get so many sales? They focus more on causal gamers then their TRUE fans. I know you guys don't understand the mind of real gamers and are dreaming about sucking Rockstar's d*ck as we speak. We want a product that's working. GTA O was the main focus and isn't working for sh*t. If they focused only on their hardcore fans, they wouldn't make money.

Geralt of Rivia
And the casual gamers are 97% of their fanbase. Like I just said, if they only did stuff their hardcore fanbase wanted to do, they wouldn't make money. It'd be different if it was like DayZ, where it has an set fanbase, and isn't very big. But it's not. The only game's you're gonna find that appeal mostly to their hardcore fans is indie games. DayZ is your best bet.
DJ_McLovin
EA decided to appeal to the casual fanbase with Madden 12 and that backfired. I wont even delve into Sim City because that's an even bigger, more egregious example at what happens when you leave your core fanbase in search for casual gamers. Those games are a lot different though. Yes, they f*cked up with doing it, but that's because they're games that casual gamers don't really play. Nobody that doesn't like Football is gonna play Madden, and with Simcity, it's self explanatory. They tried to appeal to casual gamers with a game that doesn't do well in the casual crowd. GTA is a massive game whose hardcore fanbase is dwarfed by their casual fanbase. That's why GTA can do it without losing much. Please say so if I'm not making sense, because I think I'm messing up with what I'm trying to say
mikeinthahouse
I love this game as much as the next guy (Well, maybe not StarVisitor) but having your data erased and having connection issues is pretty sh*tty

The Sullinator
Coming from someone who has been not only extremely satisfied with GTA V, and thought that the game lived up to expectations. And someone who has been very patient with the multiplayer issues... Don't tell me not to be ungrateful whenever I pay $70 dollars for the damn game, pal. Ungrateful is getting free food and moaning about it, or complaining about getting a gift that you didn't like. Not expressing your dissatisfaction about something you put your hard money into. All I am saying is, maybe the word "ungrateful" wasn't the best one to use.

I can tell you the hardcore fanbase is like comparing a one-man company to the biggest company in the world. If the hardcore fanbase is this forum, which is what this forum says, then 97% is giving the hardcore fanbase a lot more than it should have. The_Communist
Why do people keep thinking we all got this game for free? We paid for a product in full, that includes the single-player and the multi-player mode. People need to stop licking Rockstar's ass all the time. It's getting tedious. If they'd have bothered to have some sort of Beta, or informed the community that the first month of GTAO was a beta, then the majority of these problems wouldn't exist. Instead they've let players waste countless hours and I feel bad for anyone dumb enough to pay for any micro-transations and piss their money away wen their character gets deleted for the 8th time. marcx
imnottpain
I have experienced absolutely nothing of what is being called "bad" about this game. Not even the online sh*t. So don't put the blame on rockstar, just point it at something else. I literally have no idea what the difference was between GTA San Andreas and GTA V in terms of things to do and or glitches. Come on, it is GTA all around. Not even a hint of a difference.
