Question about apartments/houses?

I WAS going to save up for the $400,000 apartment for obvious reasons but I got bored of saving up and I'm close to getting the $93,000 one, so my question is... Can we buy more than one house, or like, sell our current house and then get another?

 

Or if I buy this one, that's it? I can't get rid of this one or buy another one ever again?

well, you can buy an apartment and then when you want to get a new one your old one will count for 50% of its value which will then be deducted from the next apartment purchase:)

That's confused me quite a bit;) So if I get this $93,000 apartment, the $400,000 will go down to $200,000?

No, if u get the 93k. and later buy the 400k, ur old apartment: 93/2 =46.5k

400k - 46.5k = u do the math

Nope you're gonna have to pay 400,000 for the new apartment, but you'll be given back about 50% of the cost of the previous apartment you had. So if you buy the one which costs 93,000, you'll get about 46,500 back once you buy a different apartment.
