When browsing the different webpages for vehicles you can buy, I really wanted to buy the Ferrari, aka the Carbonizzare, but it is out of stock. Does anyone know what you have to do to get it? I assumed it required a higher rank, but I am unsure since it doesn't say that, like it says in the Ammu-nation.

When i had no garage space, and i bought a quad bike for 8k or 9k top dolla, they told me it was out of stock, then i got space and it was suddenly purchased and delivered to that spot.

Found one the other day and within about 45 seconds I T-boned a car at 200mph and blew it up on impact.

 

I was not ready for that car.
