Chassers mission?

I'm rank 4 right now and i was invited to join the mission Chassers by a player (i'm guessing this is a mission that is given by an npc right?). The thing is that my charcater hasn't yet recieved the call for this mission, yet i'm still invited to do it with another player. my question is if i chose to do this mission, after i finish it, will i get the phone call from the npc in the future or will it be considered as "done"?

If you aren't rank to unlock that text message job yet, you can still be invited by higher ranks. Also, once you unlock that text message job yourself, it will come up in that contacts rotation of jobs they give you if you call them.
