passive mode does not work at all

I still can get killed and lose money...

Did R* even check GTAO before releasing it? This game is so bugged...

Passive mode only works if you are on foot and have no weapons out. Otherwise, you're a target.

The guy above me doesn't seem to have used passive mode. It doesn't let you take out weapons while in passive. What causes you to get killed is if you stay in passive mode through a mission. I have kinda tested this, but not confirmed.
