GTA 5 online keep getting ethernet cable disconnected

When I am playing online, randomly i would get a message on the top right screen saying an ethernet cable is not connected and after would say signed in and i would be ported out of online back into offline. Now what the strange thing is, this only happens to my account when I play. My brother however (same ps3), when he plays he never gets that error.

I'm having the same problem, worked fine in the beginning, now getting this message, did you find a solution ?

 

I already tried a different cable, resetting the router ...

"Thanks to " Recon X " from the us boards, I think I figured it out why the errors occur at random, even though nothing has changed (in the hardware setup). He posted:

"Remove Utorrent or other downloading programs off your computer... Or just turn your computer off when using the ps3.

Had the problem, traced it with my router software, it was Utorrent grabbing the same port as my ps3 needed to go online..

Getting booted very often? check your computer for a program using the same ports."

And I indeed had uTorrent on.. not downloading anything, but seeding slowly.

So this must be some sort of an "overlapping ports" error when two online devices share the same router. (Commonly a PC and its software, and the playstation 3)

I mean, it makes sense now, why it sometimes works.. and .. It's kinda silly that this didn't occur to me that it might be a port issue.. "
