Is GTA Online working for everyone yet?

I don't know if this topic exists but I just wanna ask those people who downloaded the patch to both Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 if they are able to play smoothly yet?Excluding small bugs that can easily be ironed out. Having a hard time finding these answers since not many articles are talking that much about the 360 updates besides the fact that it's live but yesterday it seemed on ps3 that most people on psn were able to play so I wanna know everyone's experience so far. I was one of the few lucky people who got to play on launch for 360, but I've noticed bugs before the update such as apartments disappearing and so on. Also, just in case any one doesnt know before the reply about this issue if you character gets deleted after the update make a character in slot 2, because your slot 1 character will come back eventually. Anyway, one more time what are both players from ps3 and 360's experience after the update?

Worked great for me all day. 25 K in cash and im level 9. But now the servers are down again..

If you count getting timed out from a session every other mission ..then sure. Now that I got back into free roam all my missions are now gone as well.

Cloud servers are now offline, dont do anything you will be wasting your time, and tell anyone who playing.

Worked yesterday after the patch, but today connection kept timing out, and was sent back to SP 4 different times.

Figured there were either problems cropped up again, or lots of people were playing. Dunno which.

Working fine for mine, except for the usual downtime that happens every day around the same time, during which i can only guess they have a random number generator deciding who gets to keep their character and who's characters get deleted in order to free some space in the cloud. That's happening right now.

Man, thats a shame. I'm level 22 and my friends are having alot of trouble connecting to me. However one friend was finally able to complete the tutorial but still having server issues.
