mission and event markers

So after an hour break I finally get into a freeroam session and all of the mission and event markers are gone! With the exception of a couple race markers. What the hell? What happened? Is this some sort of bug?

 

Would also be nice to be able to play for 15 mimutes without timing out.

What platform? It seems like they shut down the cloud servers for PS3. Probably to fix bugs with disappearing characters and so on, which is definitely a cloud problem.

Im on the 360. Usually it says before attempting to connect to online that the cloud is down. And it is not saying that. Well either way, can't connect to online at all right now.

 

Edit: nvm the cloud does appear to be down. Must of happened to join a game right before they went down.
