I did what rockstar told me to do and still don't work my char didn't save or nothing log on this morning to find my f*cking char deleted and my f*cking work gone i lost my house and all the vehicles in worked hard to f*cking find great THANKS ROCKSTAR FOR MAKING ME LOSE 2 Days of hard work THANKS!

I just logged on to GTA online and my character is gone :(

they wiped all ps3 chars bc of exploiters. now that the bug is fixed they want a clean slate. If you were such a high level u probably did something dubious anyway

Logged in today after the patch..... rank 45 amd everything gone. My 400k apartment. My suped up bike. My $500k dollars all gone. About to f*cking rag.

Cloud isnt working. Right now im mashing square at the error: The Rockstar cloud servers are unavailable right now. Please try again later.

 

Calm your tits, and don't replace the slot your char is on, it will be back, and also don't continue when cloud is down, just exit or press retry.

Ive lost no characters because I never made a new one and saved over the previous one.

 

 

Although there has been many times where my character didn't exist, but that's because the servers are down.

Logged in today after the patch..... rank 45 amd everything gone. My 400k apartment. My suped up bike. My $500k dollars all gone. About to f*cking rag.

Damn, now I don't feel quite as bad about loosing my level 14 and 50.000 dollars

I feel the same f*cking way. I was level 22 about to reach 23. Had the 200k Apt, had 100k in the bank. I lost my general lee car.

grrr, this happend to me my tihng froze as i tried to join a job then i dashboard and see two level 1s not ssure if i have overided my last 1 coz i went to the heritige page, but exited out. but weird thing is it says i got a sh*t ton of $ still in my bank in the top right.

 

EDIT: although it says rockcloud servers or whatever not available so who knows who knows, but i seen people streaming on twitch still... are there seperate cloud servers? Im from Britain if it helps.

Just loaded my game up for the first time today and my character has gone. Spent all last night playing too. I haven't created another, not going to bother with online until they fix it.

If the cloud was down, wouldn't everyone be effected by it?

I just checked my frienslist, and there's plenty of people on there who are playing online right now

Cloud Servers are offline (PS3) everyone I know is also getting this msg so dont continue or its your own risks

DOes anyone know how you unlock the 3,4,5 character slots while we on this topic :D? So annoyed though because i have to wait for trevor industrys to contact me again if i have to level up to like level 11-14 again... to fly his free plane.

Why all the panic about loosing your save ? nothing wrong, other than cloud servers not active, where your online safe is stored.

All will be back to normal once they are up and running again. When ? we'll have to wait and see. On xbox 360, mine is not available

Its funny the people who claim their characters have been deleted seem to not understand how cloud servers work. Im pretty sure most people who claim their character was lost pressed "continue without saving' or the cloud is offline for them.
