Vapid Dominator, I had it aswell. It was one of the first cars spawning around me after the tutorial, so I grabbed it. Try to find any muscle car and drive it around to get better chances for it to spawn.

mine disappeared after spending 200k on it , game doesn't even recognise it's there even now as if it never saved it , but then again it should have given my money back if it never saved the car... , anyway rant over
