Looking for the Sultan and Futo.. any help?

Do cars spawn completely randomly online or what? I'm driving all over the map looking for these and can't. Just endless Suburbans, Range Rovers, Eclipses, Prius, and Vans... any tips on where to find these?

Managed to find the Futo, any tips on the Sultan?

Usually its random you might have to switch servers a couple times try going near the docks or near the los santos customs on the east side above the docks usually the cars in the area tell u what the spawn of cars is like

I read another topic on here with people saying they found the Sultan near and around Franklin's neighborhood. Some suggested Little Seoul, others said the freeway to the North East leading to Sandy Shores.

 

None of these areas produced any results for me. However, after I was delivering a vehicle for Simeon, a white Sultan popped up in the exit checkpoint area by the docks. I'd show a pic to prove it but Snapmatic isn't working for me on Social Club right now.

I theorise that, vehicles spawn in groups and those groups occasionally cycle. Sometimes you only get a few different cars driving around, then 20mins later its a different group of cars.

i can find 100 futos in 30 minutes when driving around, yet to find the sultan tho

Been searching fanaticly for the sultan, keep finding the damn karins and declasse premiers... heartbreaking.
