Buying properties in solo sessions

Since the server is down on ps3, im just messing around in solo session, it comes to my mind wondering if anyone has experienced losing properties when they buy from solo/invite only session when going online again? Or would it save until the cloud server are up and then you still has everything?

Yea it saves now, but since the cloud server are down/offline, im not sure if my properties is gonna be there like on monday when the servers are back up.
