rojovo74 Posted October 5, 2013 Share Posted October 5, 2013 I'm thinking that plane with the green stripe is simply a static object for decor purposes...I have the guide book, which has all driveable vehicles listed in the game, and that particular plane is NOT shown, which leads me to believe that it isn't flyable.
