So what's the differences in the apartments? I assume just the furnishings and the views? Currently saving for a 125k one since it comes with a 6 car garage.

 

Also, can members of my crew use it as their own?

The most expensive apartments has the same interior as far as I know. Not sure about the one you're thinking about though. I highly recommend you wait for a 10-Car apartment, it's worth the wait.

I'm having a hard enough time saving now! Thanks for the response. I don't so much mind what the interiors look like. My crew consists of only my cousin and I right now. Just wanted to know if he could freely use it also.

warning DO NOT BUY the 400K one.. Not worth the money since there isn't even a damn bong there :/ and don't even get me started on all the damn walking you need to do to get one place to the next in there... WHYYYY are we forced to walk realllyy slowly inside? Stupid.

The $223k apartment is the one they show in the trailer. I've just purchased it. You can only own 1 property at a time. When buying a new one you get about half the value of your old one to put towards your new one.

As far as your friend using your apartment freely, I don't think they can unless your buzz them in. Same would go for the garage as well

I had the Royale (125k) for a while before getting one of the Tinsel Towers, apt 29.

 

The Royale wasn't a bad little place. Nice location. Sadly there were no windows

 

Your cousin can come into the apartment if you are there and invite him or buzz him in. But he can't enter it whenever he wants

Are you talking about the online or gameplay one? If it's the gameplay one then the 223k one isn't it. That's the Tinsel Towers.

i bought the one you are saving for. mainly for 6 car garage as i wont need more than 6 cars due to ridiculosu prices to modify them.

 

side question. How does the money work. I bought the apartment for 125k but it didn't subtract my money from the bank. I'm using that money to buy other things. Can some1 explain how they charge the price?
