Edit: Also, this means there's maybe walkable space there, could it possibly mean Heists? (Spoiler contains SP Story.

Could also be left-overs from SP, last Heist was here if I am not mistaken

Not trying to be funny or insulting but I want to make sure I understand..

Isn't the Single player map the same as the online map. So yes there is space back there just like there was in the SP for the last mission. I figure it is just closed off for the MP

Like I am sure the Micheal's house (inside) is loaded but is closed off to the MP

Ya, that's where Onion 86 or whatever drives into the building in the SP mission.
