How to play online story, with friends ?

And can you replay them?

There is no online story. What you see when you load up GTA Online is all you get. There are no missions in respect to what you were doing in single player, but their are "Go and steal these drugs/this car from that gang/person for me" missions, which can be accessed in many ways. All of which are explained to you throughout the tutorial.

I didn't quite get it at first, the little blue stars on the map are called missions but they appear to just be death matches and other modes that require other online people to play. The texts you receive from character that are 1-4 players (usually) are the ones i stick to, they are basically you VS the computer, and if you choose to add people to your game you can, whether it be friends or strangers is up to you

Yes how can i replay the character missions from lamar and that car selling guy ?

once you pass a mission you cannot play it again, you may get the same mission as a text message later on in the game, but you cannot instantly replay missions to quickly get cash

 

Also, with the servers being a bit freaky at the moment you may find you are getting very few jobs or maybe even none, there are usually jobs coming in left right and center on your phone but when i was playing about 20 minutes ago the only thing i could really do was rob stores, and it seems everyone is having that problem at the moment
