R1C3W1N3 Posted October 5, 2013 Share Posted October 5, 2013 Every time I load GTA O my vehicle is stolen or damaged, I have to pay around $1100 to retrieve it. Am I doing something wrong, I even save (leave gta online while in the car) Thinking of buying a 2 car garage, but dunno if the retrieval fee is standard or a glitch... No, Lol I play in a closed session and am a "good sport" when I play online I save the game while in the car, and it still happens lol... Lock it? I think it's on Crew + Friends for access... Might just buy a 2 car garage, but it's $33,000 and I have around $53,000 And I know this sounds stupid, but I buy a garage will the car be there in any mode I join, closed, friends and open lobbies? You don't need a garage to have a personal vehicle. At the start of the game, you're given a free tracker and insurance for one car, so that's your personal vehicle. if you buy a garage, then any car you park in there will recieve a tracker and be your personal vehicle. if you take a car from your garage, that is then your personal vehicle. the garage just lets you keep all your cars in one place and lets you freely switch your personal vehicle. btw, don't buy anything expensive yet. keep your money, buy a 6-car apartment. CarimboHanky Posted October 5, 2013 Share Posted October 5, 2013 when i stared playing online i stole a nice phoenix, had the tracker fit and insured... drove around for while and stopped playing while in the car. that was the last time i ever saw my car. not a tracker blip or insuranse company in my contacts.
