See here? There was an official post yesterday, claiming that any kind of money loss from bank account in GTAO is a bug, and it's fixed in the new patch. Key word is "WAS". It's gone, and the new update changelog doesn't really specify what is a correct or incorrect loss of money in any form. The fact that they acknowledged losing bank for dying in free roam as a bug was a huge relief to me, and it's gone now - did they lie to calm us down? I sent a question to the support, but I expect no anwser anyway... I just feel lied to. And I feel like ignoring this GTAO bulls**t.

The bug they are talking about in this link is about a data cloud loss where you'd log back on and be like a few levels down from where you left off with less money as well, I do agree tho that the BILLS ARE TOO DAMN HIGH! But.. It does add a nice "worry about every death" feeling.

No, the thing in the link is about medical bills, and there was a Rockstar official post about it yesterday, claiming ANY kind of loss of money from the bank account is a bug. But it's gone today.

That's a different thing. This is about losing big ammounts of money or stuff without a reason. I'm talking about paying for the medical service from the bank account.

 

Gotta find a way to view some sort of a backup of that page from yesterday... it was there.

How can it be a bug? Your likely thinking of when it was happening in deathmatch, Theres no way its a bug on freeroam or missions when it says on the bank statements that its a hospital/bailout billing fee.

So unless some dev just decided to throw that whole game mechanic in there by himself without telling anybody then i can't see this being a bug.. Again its all about those cash cards with rockstar

edit: i've had small resets in my cash/rank.. Likely due to the whole loading up a early'r save but thats about it from what i noticed.

Thanks, I was trying to find that somewhere. To me, that post is clearly stating that no matter what your bank account shouldn't be touched. And it's gone now... for a reason, if you ask me.

Just seeing you're one of these people who think that GTAO is "free" makes it hard to take you seriously.

 

Really, free? How the hell is it free, explain to me? Cause I don't have to pay a monthly fee to play it? Bulls**t. The game costs 60$. The cost is both GTAV and GTAO. If GTAV had a separate online mode, akin to that of GTAIV, then ok, let's call GTAO free. But GTA Online IS GTAV's multiplayer mode. They're on the same disc. You launch GTAV to play both. They have shared achievements/trophies, goddamnit. It's. not. free.
