For those are not aware of astrophysics then this means there is half the amount of radio signals getting sent back to rockstars servers. this doesnt happen with other games you say? thats because no other game has sold 16 BILLION COPIES the stress on the servers combined with mother nature results in a loss of data, which unfortunately, can be the character.
