Friend Can't Join Another Friend

I have a problem, i decided to play with 3 other friends, but 1 friend cant join the other one,

any suggestions how to fix this?

No fix.

 

The issue is with the servers themselves as of this afternoon. (At least on ps3)

What servers? Servers of rockstar or is it depending on the users their internet?, and what do you suggest me to do? just wait?

Could this friend possibly be a "Bad Sport" and temp banned from non "Bad sport" lobbies?

Rockstar servers. All we can do is wait and try again later.

Nope, not a bad sport. he didn't play alot. but since rockstar updated it yesterday, he still isnt able to join me, but i can join other friends with no problems
