bosdober Posted October 10, 2013 Share Posted October 10, 2013 The Lampadati Felon GT is a fairly common spawn in my experience in the right area. Generally, I would say the best places are the area around Franklin's Vinewood Hills house (particularly closer to the city and along the main north/south thoroughfare), and as mentioned, the area where the Adder spawns in single player (around the Ponsonbys, south of Michael's house. That general area between Franklin's and Michael's is a great area for spawning the nicer cars. Note that having a higher end car will make the Lampadati spawn more likely.
