Looking for a crew on xbox.

Hi, new to forums. I'm looking for a crew to play with on Xbox 360. I'm 24, from birmingham uk. I'm down for anything. Fun or serious. Role playing, casual mayhem or serious teamwork. Honestly I don't mind what we do as long as I'm earning my cut and I don't have to hear 12 year olds screaming in my ear. I like to think I'm a pretty good player. We'll see haha. I have got a mic. Cheers for the quick response guys. I'll go through the list of recruiting crews as soon as I get a chance. Another quick question, can I join more than one crew, so that I can effectively have an unlimited amount of like minded people to play with?
