3rd Time losing my car

I dont know about other people but I've lost my car three times now.. Had it all modded up and had full insurance and a tracker on it but every once in a while whenever i finish a mission or doing other multiplayer related activities and come back to free roam, my Car is no longer there...

 

Anyone else having this problem?

Yep, lost three myself as well.
Going to wait on the 360 patch and then try again.

I'm sure as hell not spending money on an apartment if my car is still disappearing - one of my commissioners has already lost the $400,000 apartment twice.
