I turned passive mode on because I finally got in online and things were working good. I had made a sandwich to eat and wanted to do so in peace so I parked my dude out by the pier and got out of my car to check the view. While eating someone really casually walked up to me from behind and pointed his gun at the back of my head. He pulled the trigger a few times before seeing that I couldn't be killed. He then walked to his car and drove off.

 

I have no problems with video game violence in society...but this made me nervous. lol

believe me people would go all out if our society had no laws or people judging our actions

I actually died while in passive, shot wise unless it was lag, he also blew up my luxury sports car, f*cking f*ck

Can they drive into you? While in passive mode?

Yes you can be run over and you can still be shot if driving a vehicle when in passive mode
