First moments online

So there I am fresh off the plane. I am wandering around looking for a mark. I wander into a store and stick it up. So far so good.

 

Then I start to hear a car behind me. It seems I've interrupted something... Another woman gets out... She had the same idea. So she aims at me and I aim at her.. Actually exchange words.. A stand off? But nope... Cashier pulls out a shotty and bam... We both fire on him as he misses and kills a terrified customer.. Well that didn't go as planned.

 

Then the sirens. Cops right outside. She and I fire on them and hide behind what's left of her car. Change of plans... She grabs the cash and I grab the car. Enemy of my enemy and all that. So between us we've pissed off half of LA at this point so were on a high speed chase that eventually ends In sandy shores.

 

We part ways after that but not before she gives me a present - a nice amount of ammo and a brand new gun. I let her keep the cash. We friend each other and setup a time for some tennis later as I have to do some traveling and won't be able to play again until Monday.

 

I realize this isn't everyone's experience online but damn it set up a memory for me. And I've been unable to get past the race until now... But it was worth it just for that.
