I went back to Slot 1, my highest character is in Slot 2 from last night so if they dont come back atleast they saving from now on, if they dont save then the patch hasnt worked for this issue, unless its just the cloud which is screwed up but R* havent officially commented on this yet

My original character is still MIA but the one I made in slot 2 is still around. If you haven't made one in your second slot I would suggest to go ahead and make one. It seems to be better, for me at least, than before. I was always losing my characters but this is the first time he stuck around.

My characters are not showing but I notice that at the top right where it says Bank, I have my $$ in my account which is an improvement as of yesterday. I'd just sit tight and not play if at all possible.

I lost mine yesterday night, About one mission from Level 15. Came back earlier and still not there, however cash is showing. Im just making a new account. If this one poofs then ill just wait until the game is fixed.

No. All you have to do is just wait. Perhaps they'll fix the cloud in the near future.

 

On the other hand, "perhaps" they won't be able to recover lost characters. I've given up waiting and created a new one this morning. If this one goes, or if it randomly gets replaced with my old character, then i'm done with Online.

 

I'm only willing to give R* so many second chances.

i just made one in slot got deleted that same night i was playing. made one in slot 2 last night and got up to lv 8 n got deleted that night lol...made one again due to the new patch hope it actulli stays this times .ps this is my 3rd player created
