How to get in 16 player matches?

Ok I am kinda confused, but how do you get into 16 player races or deathmatches? Is it even possible?
I mean on one map there are about 16 players right? Everyone doing his thing.

And when you press the invite all button only a few ppl join, but for sure not all 16 players.

The highest number of players I have ever had in a deathmatch was 4 players and in a race only 3.

Did I miss sth? Is there any solution to play 16 player matches all the time? Maybe invite ppl from several servers at the same time?

Just cos you invite them doesn't mean they have to join. I seem to have the same problem were people dont want to join but oh well. Its why i wait to get invited now instead of being the invitee.

people playing with friends rather than all over the place. Currently theres just to many douches to be dealt with + connection issues

almost impossible to find a full race/mission job tbh...i havn't yet and thats all i play because freeroam sucks balls.

Yeah I just manage to click up with one or 2 other random good guys and we just play for a couple hours ourselfs doing missions and stuff
