Can't find people by joining jobs. (PS3)

So everytime I try to join a random job or race/deathmatch/mission I never find any people. I get into other players when joining freeroaming but people rarely seem to wanna do jobs.

 

As far as I know I have open nat and a good connection.

 

Is it like this for other ps3 players or is it my connection?

I have the same problem, but I can't even join others in free roam... No one else seems to be having this issue and its really starting to piss me off

Matchmaking is broke I think, i'm having the same issue on Xbox. My friends can join me just fine and people from the lobby join aswell but some reason it's not inviting people from Invite Same Skilled Players and auto invite, it just says inviting and never invites them lol. My NAT is open btw and i'm hardwired.

It seems when invite the whole room im in im lucky if one person joins, its why i wait to be invited now and i just join that room instead of making my own.

Also I think matchmaking works from the Cloud servers, which is still having issues from what is said on Xbox.com. Sucks
