i bought my apartment yesterday afternoon and i still have it all (400k one) but i did lose a 130k one a few hours before so do be careful, save alot

I bought a $128k one last night and still have it and the $128k lol(well most of it, i customized some cars for the garage)

I bought a house and currently have 4 stored cars and the game is clearly getting better at saving my progress.

 

This is completely unofficial but worked for me, I found if you keep playing for say maybe 20-30minutes after you've bought something (as in jumping in and out of jobs, races, etc) then the game is far more likely to save your progress.

 

The only time I now suffer from things going missing is if i buy them and then log off say 5 minutes or so later.

Instead of logging off, change back to your single player when you want to quit. I'm pretty sure this triggers an instant save.

If I were you I wouldn't buy a thing after numerous fixes and wait 2 weeks or more.

I would just buy a garage for 25k and keep 2 cars in it
