What are these two things and what is the difference?

 

The RP is basically your experience but yea I cant quite understand how the JP (job points) work

I think there's a stat somewhere that contains your total number of Job Points.
Other than that they seem to be completely useless.

I think JP opens up morejobs or more difficult jobs as you rank up in it. I'm just guessing though.

^ You don't level up in JP, it seems to reset at some points back to 0, maybe daily or each time you join a new session.

I believe you will need a certain amount of JobPoints to be able to do Heists later :)

 

No clue really. Some say they reset each day?

 

ive heard mostly everything regarding Job Points :D

 

Another thing i heard is that JP decides your ranking and contribution to Missions?
