From what my friend told me, all the apt from 200k - 400k have a similar interior with different views based on the location of the apt.

to be honest why waste 400k when you can buy one for 200k-300k that has the same amount of garage space and is a nice building?

 

saves you 100-200k and isn't out of the way such as the 400k one

i would happily the extra money for the view.i finally managed to play online late last night, and i was tired and could hear some police chases. i really wanted to go to my apartment and save my car and watch the police chase.
