PATCH (xbox) Are properties now safe to buy?

Hi, haven't turned my xbox on to see if there's an update yet, but does anybody know if it safe to purchase properties now? Saved up 230k and wanna buy a property but keep hearing of people losing theirs.

They didn't make any patch notes available yet I think.. So probably best thing to wait with that till they released those or somebody confirmed properties working.

I disnt even update yet as i was playing and gavent shut off my xbox but i bought an apt. and it seems ok to buy now

Have you left the session or went to the dashboard and came back after buying that apt?

Damn, I want that apartment and 10 car garage lol. Just gonna wait then, I'd be pissed if I lost it all haha.
