This is legit.

I'm updating my game at this moment.

It's 39mb for the ps3, don't know about the 360.

Hope this will fix all the problems.

People are reporting that they have downloaded the update in the comments too...Saying it is another 39MB update.

In that case I take it back, was literally just on there and didn't see.

 

No update prompt on the 360 yet.

Nothing on the 360 side of things unfortunately, Expecting something soon though.

Why must work get in the way of fun time?? :)

 

Wont get to the patch dl for 14 hours or so. Fingers are crossed it resolves 99% of the issues.

Hahaha I knew their patch would fix f*ck all. Bored of Rockstar now, don't think I'll bother with Online.

Recurring. Still does not work. So a warning to you all: DO NOT UPDATE. What is disappointing is that updates are mandatory on PS3 for online games, so kiss GTA Online goodbye for a bit.

EDIT: Finally got into the single player game, and I have started to notice some odd stutter that was not there before. It also appears the game is having popup issues. (Objects and people appearing late).

they have removed a few servers and are updating them and also adding in new servers just wait a while then it should be working.

Sounds like other people are also having issues with the update, so i'll wait until the update has had it's bugs squashed before I update.

Seems this was a PS3 only update, oh well i'm sure it be soon.

Don't expect a 360 update yet. They might pull this one. People on social club are also complaining.

Rockstar when they first announced the update, said it was going to patch both the PS3 and 360 versions of the game. The update just probably hasn't gone out for the 360 yet.
